Seal-Glide is a special surface treatment technology developed to further improve the surface processing of conventional PTFE-based coatings. Through an innovative thin-film process, it achieves optimization of performance at the nanoscale. Seal-Glide is a nanoscale surface treatment technology that enhances the friction reduction properties obtained from traditional coatings. The groundbreaking treatment process allows for a finish that is up to 1/50th the thickness of conventional coatings. This technology enables the processing of parts with complex shapes and features, such as undercuts, which were impossible with lacquer-based coatings. Even after being stretched, Seal-Glide returns to a smooth finish without coating delamination, maintaining excellent operability.
